No. Our indoor gas fireplaces use a balanced flue, a single twin-wall pipe that runs through an outside wall or the roof. We check the route on the site visit.
Both. The fireplaces run on natural gas or LPG, and we set them up for the supply you have.
Valentino is lit with a remote, from your phone or from your smart home system. On the site visit we walk you through the controls of each model.

For the built-in fireplaces, yes. Your quote covers the site visit, the flue and the installation by our own team, across Egypt.
