Is it real fire?
No. It is ultrasonic water mist lit by LEDs. It looks like a real flame but stays cool, so you can touch it.
Does it heat the room?
No. It gives no heat at all, which is why it works all year, under a TV and inside wood joinery.
How does it get water?
Either connected directly to your water supply for continuous running, or from its own refill tank.
Is it safe with children and pets?
Yes. The flame is cool to the touch, and it has automatic dry-run shut-off, water level sensors and a child lock.
How do I control it?
With the wireless remote, the control panel or the app over Wi-Fi. It also works with Alexa and Google Home.
Can I see it before I buy?
